Postnatal
After your baby is born, I provide comprehensive support to help your family adjust and thrive. I offer expert care for your newborn, ensuring they are well-cared for while giving you the opportunity to rest and recover. I also assist with: light household chores, allowing everyone to feel supported, relaxed, and well-rested as you find your balance into this new chapter of life.
My goal is to build a trusting relationship with your family, support your recovery to optimal health, and boost your confidence in your birth and postpartum plans. Together, we’ll ensure you feel prepared, empowered, and ready to fully enjoy this precious time with your newest addition to the family!
